ILLEGAL MATERIAL
Space provided by Parade Hosting can only be used for lawful purposes. This means no illegal mp3's, warez sites, pirated software, and sites that consume large amounts of server resources. Sites found abusing these terms will have their site suspended.You will have 24 hours to remove this material. After that period is up, your account will be terminated without a refund.
PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIAL
Sites containing pornographic content are not acceptable, including, but not limited to pornographic images or any matter deemed offensive. Sites containing such material will be terminated and without a refund.
OFFENSIVE MATERIAL OR WEBSITES
Any sites containing sexist, racist, homophobic or any site offending minority groups, or with inappropriate content will not be tolerated. Any site containing such material be terminated and without a refund.
UNACCEPTABLE MATERIAL
Other unacceptable material on sites hosted by Parade Hosting includes
pirated software, virus', IRC bots and other IRC related programs. Sites
containing these materials will be charged a $5 Fee. You will have 24 hours to
get rid of the material/programs or your account will be terminated without a
refund. Also, no type and I mean any kind of spamming allowed. Your account will
be suspended and you will be charged a $5 fee.
Also:
There are restrictions as to what you can upload to our server.
What is NOT allowed:
a) Any type of illegal content such as warez
b) Pornography or non-artistic nude images
c) Obscene, disturbing images and content
d) Hateful, bullying, harassment, or harmful content
e) Stolen content
f) Outdated scripts or software
g) Video or media files such as mp3 (unless permission is granted from Parade
Hosting staff)
h) Proxy scripts
i) IRC Bots/Scanners
j) PHPizabi, YaBB, ikonboard, and greymatter are scripts that are absolutely NOT
allowed to be on our server.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Any behavior leading to suspension of contract will be liable to a suspension fee of $5 x Terms broken.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNTS
Monthly contracts can be terminated at any time, and no refund will be given after the initial 7 days of hosting. The hosting will continue to run until the day the next payment is due, unless immediate cancellation is requested. Hosting paid monthly and yearly will only be refunded within the initial 7 calendar days. After the 7 day period is up, no refund will be given at all. Accounts that are suspended because of service violations will not be granted refunds, even if they are still within their 7 day trial period. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO DOMAIN NAMES. Domains that have not been fully paid, or not paid at all will be sold at our discretion. If you purchase a domain at a discounted price, you may not retain ownership of the domain unless you pay the full purchase price and any paypal fees. All promotional domains are property of Parade Hosting unless domains are paid for the remainder of the price and any paypal fees.
BACKUPS/LOST OF DATA
Paradehosting is not responsible for any data loss. Clients must regularly make their own backups.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Parade Hosting reserves the right to suspend, terminate and delete accounts at our sole discretion. Notification does not have to be granted to the client.
BANDWIDTH
All accounts with Parade Hosting are allocated a specific amount of bandwidth (data transfer). Accounts that go over their bandwidth allocations will have to upgrade or wait until the 1st calendar day to have their account restored. Accounts that are granted unmetered bandwidth are only granted limitless amounts, unless their accounts begin to disrupt other users. People who abuse the unmetered service will be put under limits until Parade Hosting and the client have made other arrangements. Accounts that disrupt Parade Hosting on multiple occasions will be suspended and possibly terminated.
SERVER UPTIME
Parade Hosting is not responsible for any downtime that is caused by a user or due to technical or hardware difficulties. Any down time committed by a user will be immediately suspended.
PAYMENT
Every user is given a week to pay the first installment after they signup with us. If we have not received the payment after this time your account will be suspended until payment is received. All checks that bounce will be charged $25 and will be suspended until payment is received. Please note we do not register domains until after payment has been received. Payments that are not paid in full by the 3rd day past their due day will be suspended until paid.
ABUSE OF SERVICE
Anyone that signs up with our service using one of our promos and does not pay will be permanently banned from our services. (IE. First 5 users who signup will receive there first month of hosting free). Any other offers are included with this. Any person's) abusing this will have there account's) permanently terminated without warning.
FEES
ALL ACCOUNTS that are charged with fees will be suspended until the fee is paid. This includes exceeded bandwidth fees. Accounts that exceed there bandwidth are automatically suspended. Any accounts that do not pay there fees will be terminated, without a refund of your hosting.
DOMAIN RECYCLING
At Parade Hosting, we understand that people face hard times. However people who do not contact us cannot be helped. If you purchase a domain name through Parade Hosting, but you do not pay outstanding invoices, Parade Hosting has the right to revoke the domain name and recycle it to cover your fees. Once your domain name has been recycled you, you no longer have rights over it. Any account holder that has unpaid invoices over $.01, after 30 days, acknowledges their domain might be recycled. You as the account holder agrees to contact Parade Hosting within 30 days after your invoice due date, or you understand your domain name will be recycled.
PRIVACY POLICY
We will not provide any personally identifiable information about you to any
other person other than:
- a law enforcement or regulatory agency at their request;
- a person or company who acquires our business;
- third parties who perform services on our behalf (such as payment processing),
subject to the third party agreeing with us that it will keep your personally
identifiable information confidential;
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates; or
- As otherwise needed to protect or enforce or rights or the rights of others.
